Memoş Tantuni, which began its journey in 1964 on the historic Büyük Hamam Street in Mersin, the home of tantuni, is one of the first brands that comes to mind when talking about tantuni today. Beginning as a modest kebab restaurant, Memoş Tantuni gained widespread recognition thanks to founder Hasan Tahsin Yelkenaç's meat processing technique. Using this technique, which Hasan Tahsin Usta learned from his butcher father, his shop quickly became a staple among local businesses.
