It all began when Hasan Tahsin Yelkenaç transformed a shack on Mersin's historic Büyük Hamam Street into a modest kebab shop. Having learned meat processing alongside his butcher father, Hasan Tahsin Usta quickly became a household name in the neighborhood.
The arrival of his sons, Cengiz and Mehmet Can, in 1979 was the turning point that allowed the story to continue to this day. Despite his young age, Mehmet Can's professional skills and warm interpersonal skills earned him the nickname "Memoş" (Memoş) from his customers.
Our journey, which has continued since 1964 with the understanding of providing better service to our customers, continues to grow both domestically and internationally with the principle of "quality taste, quality service" through institutionalization and the establishment of a franchise system, and continues to represent our brand and our country in the best possible way.

5 5 The tantuni was delicious. The meat tantuni comes without yogurt, but I think it's better this way. The service is really high-quality and fast. We were served extra glasses and many other things without even asking. The sinks were also spotlessly clean.
